Design & Build Service
We offer a complete design and build service to our clients, from inception to completion, be it for a small alteration to an existing property, or for a new kitchen or bathroom, or for a complete house build.
This eliminates the task of dividing your project between different design and construction organisations. It streamlines the whole process, saving both time and costs. Such a comprehensive approach allows us complete control of the entire process, enabling us to deliver each project on time and within an agreed budget.
We believe that this saves the client from the time and stress involved with finding and appointing architectural designers, structural engineers and builders. We will also be pleased to manage the whole process of securing planning permission and making sure that all work is carried out to the satisfaction of the CNES Building Control team.
The Design and Build Process :-
-
Initial Free No-Obligation Meeting - Discussions regarding your preferred building style, colours, layouts, functionality and more.
-
Budget Quotation - We will then provide a budget quotation that is as detailed, accurate, and reliable as possible, dependent on the build specification that has been agreed.
-
Design Drawings - CAD drawings are produced and submitted for your approval. Project cost plan estimates are determined.
-
Full Planning and Building Warrant - All relevant documentation is forwarded by us to CNES Planning for approval.
-
Final Build Quotation - Following planning and building regulations approval we will provide you with a fixed price quote and a detailed construction programme.
-
The Build - You will be assigned a project manager who will continually liaise with you from build start to completion. Your build will be a seamless process, completed on time and on budget by a highly competent team. Only when you are completely happy will we approach you for sign-off. All of our work is guaranteed.
In summary, our service includes the drawing up of comprehensive designs, including specific details of materials and finishes; the management of the entire process of obtaining planning permission for your project; and the drafting of a detailed project budget and work schedule, and the project managed build to completion.
